Regal Queen has a corset style back that provides a bit more stability, but can't accommodate large bases. Regal Duchess can accommodate large bases, but isn't as stable as the Regal Queen. Ultimately, it depends on what you need! I need a harness that can fit my plus size body AND can fit large toy bases (think Bad Dragon & other indie fantasy toy companies with their huge size toys).
